As an experienced investigative reporter, I've demonstrated commitment to ethical journalism, utilizing skills in multimedia, video, and photojournalism. My roles as a Communication Officer with the WHO and Information Management Officer with the UNDP gave me unique insights into global health and development. Currently, I'm focusing on human rights advocacy, particularly on issues like migration, gender, and discrimination, through the Elisabeth-Selbert-Initiative and German Federal Foreign Office. I also channel my creativity into writing poetry and short stories.
WHO AM I?
I am an accomplished Investigative Reporter, bringing over seven years of rich professional experience from both national and international media landscapes. My work has consistently demonstrated a commitment to truth, transparency, and the highest ethical standards in journalism. Adept at investigative journalism, I am also skilled in multimedia reporting, video journalism, and photojournalism. My multifaceted abilities enable me to craft stories that are as visually compelling as they are factually accurate, providing audiences with a comprehensive understanding of the subject at hand.
In addition to my role in the media, I have also served as a Communication Officer with the World Health Organization and as an Information Management Officer with the United Nations Development Program. These roles have equipped me with a unique perspective on global health and development issues, amplifying my ability to report on these critical areas with insight and empathy.
Currently, I am passionately devoted to human rights advocacy, a pursuit I am exploring through the Elisabeth-Selbert-Initiative program and the German Federal Foreign Office. This creative outlet not only enriches my personal life but also invigorates my journalistic work, encouraging me to seek out and tell the stories that others might overlook.
I am proficient in both English and Persian, a skill that broadens my perspective and enhances my ability to engage with diverse communities.
